About the Role

As an Executive Sales Director at Carlton & United Breweries, you will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve significant revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive commercial plans to drive business growth, improve market share, and increase revenue.
  • Sales Team Management: Build, motivate, and inspire a high-performing sales team through effective leadership, coaching, and training.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Territory Planning: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to optimize sales territory planning and resource allocation.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with senior customer stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth.
About You

We are seeking an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of success in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a strong understanding of the Australian beverage market.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful commercial plans, driving business growth and improving market share.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with the Australian beverage market and regulatory environment.
