Job Title: Experience Design Team Leader

Leading a team of experience designers is an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvements in customer journeys.

About this Role

  • Develop and implement global experience design strategies to enhance customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions tailored to local markets, exceeding customer expectations.

You will be responsible for managing a team of specialists focused on designing and enhancing end-to-end customer experiences. This includes:

  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams.

This is a permanent, full-time position (76 hours per fortnight) with a hybrid work model, working from home or on-site once established in the role.
