Family Violence Practitioner Role

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Violence Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to children, young people, and families experiencing family violence.

  • Manage a caseload of clients and provide individualized support
  • Develop and implement comprehensive case plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective risk assessment and management
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, including children and young people
  • Strong risk assessment and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A sound understanding of relevant legislation and policies
