About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. As an advocate and role model for vulnerable members of the community, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and developing evidence-based support plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual;
  • Training and developing as a Behaviour Support Practitioner under the guidance of experienced professionals;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Building knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives;

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional (e.g., OT, Speech, Social Work, Psychology);
  • Experience reviewing and implementing behaviour support plans;
  • Core registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (highly regarded but not essential);
