  • Provide high-quality, safe and effective support to children, young people and families experiencing family violence or requiring assistance with care and well-being.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team as a first point of contact, offering information, advice and risk assessments to ensure the best outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
  • Operate under a matrix management model, reporting daily to a Team Leader from any of the partner organisations within The Orange Door.
