About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Pladis Foods Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong commercial relationships with key customers, including Morrisons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of Morrisons Brand Plans, Promotional planning, and Shopper activation.
  • Ensure all customer requirements and sales plan admin are completed on time and in full.
  • Manage customer portal and field sales planning.
  • Own the sales forecast against business KPIs.
  • Support the delivery of best-in-class JBP activation.
Requirements
  • Experience within the FMCG category.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team towards business set targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to build positive internal and external relationships.
  • Logical mind and strong attention to detail.
  • High energy and resilience.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
