About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Pladis Foods Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key customers, including Morrisons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Morrisons, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
