Channel Manager Key Role

This role is a crucial position within the organisation, responsible for driving distributor and customer partnerships to maximise performance and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs, creating and maintaining training materials, conducting regular training sessions and webinars, monitoring distributor and customer performance metrics, and collaborating with distributors and customers to develop action plans for growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions. They will also possess experience in business development, training, channel management, or partner management, preferably in technology or industrial B2B sectors.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for distributors and customers.
  • Create and maintain training materials, product guides, and sales enablement content.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and webinars to keep stakeholders informed and skilled.
  • Monitor distributor and customer performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with distributors and customers to develop action plans for growth.
  • Provide distributors with sales tools, marketing collateral, and competitive insights.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all distributor channels.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns within the network.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries and support.
  • Foster strong relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
  • Advocate for distributor and customer needs internally to improve processes and offerings.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams to align strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of resources and support.

Eligibility criteria include Australian/NZ citizenship or Australian PR, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, training, channel management, or partner management. Experience in the mining or industrial sector is valued.
