We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Partnership Manager.

This key role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer accounts, identifying opportunities for service enhancement, and utilizing our diverse network of experts to increase customer business annually.

  • CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP: Develop and maintain trusted relationships throughout a customer's organization to understand organizational dynamics and decision-making processes.
  • CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE: Develop and maintain expertise for respective accounts, including market intelligence, product knowledge, and supply chain expertise.
  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Identify and execute strategic improvement and value-creating opportunities that align with customer and business goals.
  • BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE: Utilize data fluency and business intelligence tools to gather, process, and analyze information, manage performance, and report on results.

Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a customer-facing role or business development, with strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Solid oral and written communication skills are also essential, along with the ability to interpret and present data and analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI is preferred.
