  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the venue's operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house administration, rostering, and recruitment.
  • Bring your passion for good food and drink to life, creating unique experiences for our guests.
  • Collaborate with our talented team to develop and grow the business through innovative initiatives.

You'll Need

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team.
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
  • Highly developed customer service skills and current industry RSA & RCG qualifications.
