Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management professional to cover a period of personal leave and provide facilities management at a prominent shopping centre in Mount Gambier, SA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage a Planned Preventive Maintenance Programme
  • Day-to-day operations, engineering, risk and compliance management
  • Operate within budget limits, authorities, and procedures issued
  • Maintain quality control and compliance of all contractors
  • Conduct inspections of entire property, including common areas and plant rooms
  • Manage contractor relationships and facilities administration
  • Promote tenant satisfaction and retention through effective operational issue resolution
  • Support clients and consultants with capital works development and implementation
Requirements:
  • Excellent stakeholder skills and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with retail property an advantage
