At the heart of our success lies a critical role that bridges the technical divide between client accounts and internal engineering squads.

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through complex integrations, product adoption, and solution design while collaborating closely with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Beyond technical prowess, you will accelerate sales cycles and ensure the delivery of scalable solutions to clients by combining expertise with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • You will be the primary point of contact, addressing challenges and ensuring alignment between customer goals and internal capabilities.
  • Closely collaborate with sales and customer success teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Work with engineering teams to design and oversee the implementation of seamless solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading discovery sessions to assess system gaps and develop customised integration strategies.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in software development, providing guidance on complex technical topics.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role.
  • Hands-on technical experience in software development.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, driving positive relationships and contributing to a company culture.

Nice to have:

  • Technical background as a software developer or solutions architect.
  • Experience in financial services, particularly fintech or banking.
  • Start up / Scale up experience.
