Senior Fundraising Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior fundraising professional to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive revenue growth and ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Lead a high-performing fundraising team to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners to secure funding and support.
  • Design and implement compelling campaigns to drive revenue growth and engage our community.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading fundraising and philanthropy within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering creative and effective initiatives that meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software.
