Leadership Role in Fundraising Strategy

We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional to lead our organisation's strategic approach to revenue growth and organisational goals.

Job Description:

The Chief Fundraising Officer will develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, leveraging innovative strategies and tactics to engage and retain supporters. This key position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and sponsors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to drive revenue growth and achieve organisational goals.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing fundraising team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and sponsors.
  • Develop and deliver compelling fundraising campaigns, leveraging innovative strategies and tactics to engage and retain supporters.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in leading fundraising and philanthropy within the not-for-profit sector.
  • A proven track record of delivering creative and effective fundraising initiatives that meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
