About the Role

The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, lead a passionate fundraising team, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to exceed ambitious targets and ensure long-term revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, manage, and mentor a passionate fundraising team to foster a high-performance, positive, and collaborative culture aligned with our vision and values.
  • Donor & Stakeholder Management: Oversee acquisition and management of strategic partnerships; build long-term relationships with donors and supporters; maintain a disciplined pipeline for all opportunities.
  • Campaigns: Drive compelling fundraising campaigns with innovative initiatives to grow our portfolio and performance.
  • Grants: Manage and oversee grant applications and proposals.
  • Philanthropy: Research, profile, and cultivate relationships with high-value prospective donors and funding opportunities.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven success in leading fundraising and philanthropy within the not-for-profit sector, with a track record of delivering creative and effective initiatives that meet or exceed KPIs.
  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software.
