Job Title: Chief Fundraising Officer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled fundraising professional to join our leadership team. As Chief Fundraising Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that exceeds ambitious targets and ensures long-term revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to drive revenue growth and achieve organisational goals.
Lead and manage a high-performing fundraising team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and sponsors.
Develop and deliver compelling fundraising campaigns, leveraging innovative strategies and tactics to engage and retain supporters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in leading fundraising and philanthropy within the not-for-profit sector.
Proven track record of delivering creative and effective fundraising initiatives that meet or exceed KPIs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
