Chief Fundraising Officer

We are seeking a visionary leader to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that drives revenue growth and ensures the long-term sustainability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fundraising Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to exceed ambitious targets and ensure long-term revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, manage, and mentor a passionate fundraising team, fostering a high-performance, positive, and collaborative culture that reflects our vision and values.
  • Donor & Stakeholder Management: Oversee the acquisition and management of strategic partnerships and build strong, long-term relationships with donors and supporters.
  • Campaigns: Drive compelling fundraising campaigns, delivering innovative initiatives to grow our portfolio and drive performance.
  • Grants: Manage and oversee grant applications and proposals.
  • Philanthropy: Research, profile, and cultivate relationships with high-value prospective donors and funding opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven success in leading fundraising and philanthropy within the not-for-profit sector, with a track record of delivering creative and effective initiatives that meet or exceed KPIs.
  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • A valid driver's licence and the commitment to attend all sites regularly.
