Pathways Residences is a luxury residential aged-care provider in Sydney. We are looking for a Resident Experience Managers to join our team in Northbridge NSW 2063. The role is permanent full time Monday – Friday and is accountable for ensuring Pathways residents receive the highest quality experience possible.

You will be the first point of contact for residents, representatives and visitors. As the Resident Experience Manager, the role coordinates seamless and personalised resident services and experiences, ensuring every moment of their life at Pathways Residences deliver high quality standards that exceed expectations.

The role is responsible for overseeing and/or coordinating the following services in coordination with the residence's management team:

  • Resident Admission and Settling in Experience
  • Pathways Resident Liaison Services
  • Dining Experience
  • Luxury Living Packages
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance Requests Services
  • Resident Discharge

Responsibilities include managing residents' requests, coordinating admission process, attending to special/lifetime celebrations, addressing feedback and escalating when needed, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence in accordance with Pathways Residences luxury standards

About you:

  • Professional, caring, polite and friendly
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism or related field
  • Experience in Aged Care and/or Health Administration desirable
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality, tourism or related field
  • Previous experience in Five Star Dining
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation process, WHS, Infection Control, Complaints Management, Restrictive Practices and SIRS reporting requirements in Aged Care.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to execute hands on tasks as well as strategic plans
