Job Title: KYC Onboarding Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented KYC/AML Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for internal teams and external parties.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Trading, Compliance, Legal, and Finance, to interpret and apply AML regulations and assess counterparties across various jurisdictions and business lines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and apply AML regulations to assess counterparties.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage onboarding queries and collaborate with internal teams and external parties.
  • End-to-End Onboarding: Own the firm's KYC and counterparty onboarding efforts.
  • Due Diligence & Screening: Conduct background checks, adverse media reviews, and sanctions screenings.
  • Credit Risk Support: Review financial statements and assess counterparty risk.
  • Ongoing Monitoring: Ensure continuous due diligence through periodic reviews, PEP screening, sanctions, and watchlist monitoring.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate counterparty data in internal systems.
  • Policy Implementation: Enforce the firm's AML framework and vendor vetting procedures.
