Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a KYC Onboarding Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for internal teams and counterparties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AML regulations and internal policies, with experience in interpreting and applying them to assess counterparties across multiple jurisdictions and business lines.

Your responsibilities will include owning the firm's KYC and counterparty onboarding efforts, conducting background checks, adverse media reviews, and sanctions screenings, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive counterparty data in both internal proprietary systems and third-party platforms.

You will work closely with internal traders, legal counsel, compliance officers, and finance partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AML/CFAT Experience: 3+ years of experience in AML/CFAT within a financial institution, preferably in capital markets or trading environments.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Sound understanding of AML/CFT regulations, sanctions, beneficial ownership structures, and evolving best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Fenergo is a plus.
