Job Overview

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our institutional onboarding strategy. This critical role involves designing and implementing a seamless onboarding process for our counterparties, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end onboarding processes across institutional counterparties (funds, trading entities, vendors, corporates)
  • Liaise directly with cross-functional teams, including trading, legal, compliance, and finance
  • Manage due diligence, sanctions screening, and static data set-up
  • Support workflow improvements and system rollouts
  • Lead team build out and growth initiatives
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in KYC/AML onboarding (capital markets ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of AML/sanctions/beneficial ownership structures
  • Detail-driven, proactive, and confident communicator
  • Familiarity with Fenergo or similar systems a plus
