Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Concentis. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to support multiple projects concurrently, focusing on planning, scheduling, and resource management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project planning and scheduling within mining, heavy industry, or oil and gas sectors. Proficiency in SAP, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project is required. Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional PMO environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Execute detailed planning and scheduling activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Detailed Construction Planning: Support the construction supervision team by providing detailed construction planning to enhance on-site efficiency and coordination.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Build and maintain effective working relationships with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports, providing regular updates to project managers on timeline adherence and variances.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within mining, heavy industry, or oil and gas sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional PMO environment.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
