The Role

We are seeking an experienced B2B marketer to join our team as a Marketing Lead – B2B. This role is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for one line of business/brand within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive acquisition and retention activities.
  • Manage and maintain program and campaign plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Oversee program and campaign execution across all channels, including social media, web, email, paid media, and event activation.
  • Apply insights, learning, and critical thinking to develop and deliver various B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Manage digital assets to support B2B marketing activities, communications, and campaigns/programs.
  • Evaluate project delivery, from defining requirements to completion, and report on ROI.
  • Liaise with internal and external designers, copywriters, and agencies to deliver projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including target setting and campaign planning.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
