About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Client Solutions Expert to partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver sales solutions. As a sales-focused professional, you will work closely with clients to identify suitable products for their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management and local market sales teams to develop new customer relationships
  • Support sales activities, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and working closely with product teams to design propositions that position our products
  • Partner with project and product stakeholders to identify and specify functional system requirements, processes, and non-functional requirements during the sales process
  • Analyse client needs and gaps and recommend best possible solutions in conjunction with the sales technology team that are within the capabilities of the product
  • Interact with product and project managers to evaluate new product functionalities and solutions
  • Drive the sales process through to completion, providing technical support and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform and/or coordinate walkthrough sessions
  • Review and study market changes, keeping up-to-date on competitor products and developments
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields
  • At least 5 years' work experience as a Client Solutions Expert
  • Industry knowledge on Private Banking/Wealth Management or Investment Management would be beneficial; client-facing consulting experience will also be considered
  • Experience in client-facing sales, exposure to financial products, and some knowledge of software architecture principles is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including a confident presentation style
