Job Title: Solutions Expert

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to prospective clients and customers. This includes ensuring their satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with the sales team, product development, marketing, legal, and security teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing in-depth functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales phase, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and developing a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities. You will also deliver SaaS demonstrations and create technical business documentation.

We are looking for a curious and inquisitive individual with a strong technical background, experience working with APIs, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
