Your New Role Awaits
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering customer service and growth targets for a portfolio of clients within a designated region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing trusted relationships with clients to provide mutually beneficial outcomes
- Navigating allocated client organisations to increase awareness of our offerings and solutions
- Developing strategies to deliver initiatives that delight customers and support sales growth
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries
- A self-starting attitude and strategic thinking skills to drive results in a performance-driven environment
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills gained through 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- The ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans
- An appreciation for the importance of good stakeholder relationships
