Job Title: Compliance Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill this Compliance Administrator position. This is an ongoing part-time opportunity, working three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise purchase orders and process timesheets.
  • Enter and update employee and contractor information in site systems.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork (licences, tickets, medicals, inductions).
  • Prepare site passes and coordinate inductions.
  • Book travel and accommodation for site employees.
  • Maintain accurate records through filing and scanning.
  • Answer phones, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Provide ad hoc administration support as required.
  • Learn and apply site systems, policies, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within training, compliance, or site-based roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • High accuracy with data entry and confidence using computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
