Job Title: Compliance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of Compliance Administrator. This part-time opportunity is available working three days a week, offering a stable and flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising purchase orders and processing timesheets in an efficient manner
  • Entering and updating employee and contractor information in site systems ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness
  • Assisting with onboarding paperwork including licences, tickets, medicals, and inductions
  • Preparing site passes and coordinating inductions for employees
  • Booking travel and accommodation for site employees as required
  • Maintaining accurate records through filing and scanning procedures
  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing ad hoc administration support as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience ideally within training, compliance, or site-based roles
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position
  • High accuracy with data entry and confidence using computer systems are mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is expected
