About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director to join our Advisory Division in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our services and products meet the current and emerging needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic input into critical Division-level strategies and operational plans, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives in client agencies, working collaboratively to develop work programs and service offerings.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Policy and Budget Development: Develop and implement policies and budgets that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community groups.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual who can bring a strong track record of success in a similar role. You will have:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong background in policy development, budgeting, and project management.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
