Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the property services function, overseeing acquisition, strategic advisory, and leasing tenure and operational services.
  • Develop and lead the development of new school business cases to inform the new schools program, growth learning spaces program, and other programs.
  • Lead the early-phase project planning function, developing robust project initiation documentation to support transition into project delivery phase.
  • Provide strategic advice to the Assistant Director-General, Deputy Director-General, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective planning and implementation of infrastructure programs and services.
Requirements
  • Advanced people leadership skills and deep management experience.
  • Ability to mobilize a multidisciplinary team with three Director reports and direct report Project Director leads.
  • Record of success as a leader in a large and complex organization with outstanding leadership ability.
  • Assessment of performance according to four key accountability perspectives: financial, stakeholder and outcome, internal business, and learning and growth.
