About the Role

The State of Queensland is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead the Strategy and Service Planning portfolio within the Infrastructure Services Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the property services function, overseeing acquisition, strategic advisory, and leasing tenure and operational services.
  • Develop and lead the development of new school business cases to inform the new schools program, growth learning spaces program, and other programs.
  • Lead the early-phase project planning function, developing robust project initiation documentation to support transition into project delivery phase.
  • Provide strategic advice to the Assistant Director-General, Deputy Director-General, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective planning and implementation of infrastructure programs and services.
  • Direct the infrastructure response on emerging priority programs, including the Youth Engagement Program.
