Key Role: Strategic Account Partner

This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with Enterprise Accounts to define a support strategy and deliver expert guidance on AWS services.

As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for understanding customer outcomes and business objectives, providing recommendations for AWS service enhancements, and presenting periodic reviews of operational performance.

Core Responsibilities
  • Act as a single point of contact for Enterprise Accounts
  • Evaluate and analyze customer operational performance
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions and metrics
  • Advocate for customer requirements within AWS

You will work directly with Amazon Web Service engineers to resolve customer issues and plan successful business-critical events, including product launches, migrations, and modernizations.

Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in at least two technical domains: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles such as Senior Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, IT Manager/Engineer
