Customer Success Account Manager Job

This role is responsible for driving customer retention, growth and expansion opportunities, as well as continued product adoption and optimization.

The Customer Success Account Manager partners with customers to help them drive and adopt talent acquisition and recruiting best practices within their organizations.

  • A strategic hunter - you thrive in a dynamic environment, clearly seeing the full picture of an account and recommending solutions that drive revenue
  • A collaborative teammate – you work closely with cross-functional partners (Technical Support, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Product) through key engagements and customer achievements
  • An educator – you coach customers on structured hiring practices, workflows, and our product suite
  • A problem solver - you test, iterate, and contribute ideas when it comes to solutions; you adapt to challenges and are excited to be part of the solution
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing customer accounts and relationships
  • Driving renewals and expansions through strategic partnerships
