As a Strategic Account Manager, Partners, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention across Team Global Express's most valued partner accounts. This hybrid role has two key objectives: actively leading Team Global Express's key strategic account (s) and be responsible for securing new business from tier one partners.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a bespoke portfolio of strategic partner accounts, maximising TGE's profile, share of wallet, and customer loyalty

  • Develop and execute customer growth strategies, service plans, and quarterly business reviews

  • Build and expand executive-level relationships across customer organisations

  • Champion customer needs internally to deliver innovative, enterprise-wide solutions across all business units

  • Drive acquisition of new tier-one partner accounts across multiple industries

  • Deliver against financial objectives including revenue targets, profitability, and revenue quality

  • Provide sustainable, multimodal transport solutions tailored to customer requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing and selling complex B2B solutions to large enterprise customers

  • Strong track record in strategic account management, sales planning, and exceeding targets

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills from C-suite to operational levels

  • Commercial acumen in opportunity planning, revenue forecasting, and contract negotiation

  • Deep understanding of market segments, industry trends, and digital ecommerce solutions

  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills

  • Collaborative mindset with a strategic, evidence-based approach to problem-solving

  • Valid Driver's License
