With a growing team and an exciting line-up of projects coming up, we are seeking a Strategic Financial Partner to join our team.

Your Role

As a Strategic Financial Partner, you will partner with various business functions to provide expert financial insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with these business functions to understand their financial needs and support strategic business planning.

Using your knowledge and experience developed during your management accounting career, you will analyse financial reports to generate insightful updates for key stakeholders. You will support year-end and month-end activities, ensuring accurate and timely management reports, and manage monthly and annual payroll compliance, including PAYG, superannuation, and Payroll tax.

Acting as a bridge between allocated business functions, you will work with key stakeholders to continuously improve financial processes and systems. Your role will work closely with other finance partners to align analysis, insight, and reporting for the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical skills with demonstrated experience in management accounting. Ideally, you will have experience in the construction sector. With your superior analytical skills, you can effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders by tailoring your communication style to ensure clarity and understanding across diverse audiences.
