About the Role

We are seeking experienced Support Workers who believe in second chances and are passionate about supporting clients to reintegrate back into the community. As a Support Worker, you will provide 2:1 assistance in daily living skills in our newly established Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation in a residential setting.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1+ years experience within the disability, community services, or similar
  • Experience working with clients diagnosed with Autism, Intellectual disability, and impaired cognition
  • Experience working with youths with challenging behaviors (highly valued)
  • Willingness to support clients with personal care, medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores, and mealtime assistance
  • Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
  • Must be available to work 20+ hours per week and able to work a rotating roster including active nights

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Victorian Driver's License
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Manual Handling certificate
  • Medication Administration certificate
  • Victorian Working with Children's Check
  • National Police Check (obtained within last 6 months)
