About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at PayPal. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a payments or financial services industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
