About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at PayPal. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in engaging effectively at all organizational levels, including the C-Suite. Your robust business acumen and exceptional relationship-building skills will be crucial in fostering meaningful connections with our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a consulting approach to identify opportunities where PayPal can contribute to the growth and competitiveness of our SMB and LE merchant businesses.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience on both business-focused and operational fronts.
  • Take ownership of situations affecting your customers and follow any issues through to completion.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience within a customer success, and client relationship management environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven independent worker.
