In a dynamic Enterprise Client Success Manager role at Reward Gateway, a leading digital platform, you will deliver strategic partnerships and premier services to clients, helping them raise awareness, engage employees, and improve adoption. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying revenue-generating opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve successful programmes.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a face-to-face client relationship role where they have partnered with, pitched, and presented to multiple C-Suite stakeholders. They will also have excellent negotiation skills coupled with proven delivery against client retention and client revenue growth deliverables. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills with an ability to translate technical solutions or complex client challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a strategic partnership with clients by understanding their people and business goals
  • Providing support and making valuable contributions to help clients achieve successful programmes
  • Identifying revenue-generating opportunities and collaborating with the Strategic Account Manager
  • Retaining clients by building valuable relationships and securing ongoing partnerships
  • Building a detailed view of the risks within your portfolio and implementing plans to mitigate risk
  • Working collaboratively with clients on communication strategies to improve employee engagement
  • Analysing engagement data and reviewing it with clients to demonstrate the value of the programme and how it is aligned to their goals
