The Role

This role sits within our Marketing and Communications team, at the very heart of Knight Frank's client-centric activities, helping drive our focus on providing market-leading property information to our client base through hosted events, client mapping, marketing collateral and business development forums.

As a key stakeholder, you will collaborate with senior business leaders to develop client engagement strategies in line with key service line – and overall national business – objectives.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Proactively revising, updating and maintaining our national CRM database.
  • Coordinating and supporting monthly national business development meetings focusing on top clients covering various cross-collaboration engagement strategies.
  • Coordinating, overseeing and executing client events in conjunction with stakeholders across the wider business (in-house and external).
  • Demonstrating good financial management of client engagement budgets.
