Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team as a Full Time All-Rounder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide quality service to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and for the duration of their stay.
  • Communication: Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Team Player: A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team.
  • Grooming and Presentation: Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
  • Industry Knowledge: A passion for the hospitality industry with a drive to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility: The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
