Front Office Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Marriott. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office team, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the front office team in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring efficient operational processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to front office team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Marriott's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
