
Aboriginal Workforce Development Officer

This role presents an opportunity for a Human Resources Trainee Officer to support the growth and retention of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Assist various teams with HR-related tasks.
- Provide support to the broader workforce on Aboriginal workforce matters.
- Liaise with the People and Culture team to provide administrative assistance.
- Comply with NSW Health and Justice Health policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of human resources principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across various teams and stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
