Job Title: Workforce Development Officer

">Overview of the Role:">

The Workforce Operational Strategic Unit (WOSU) is seeking a skilled Project Officer to assist with the delivery of workforce projects and programs. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and project support in the development and monitoring of workforce initiatives within the team.

  • Coordinate and implement impactful projects, supporting the project lead in the delivery of organisational goals.">
  • Work within a dynamic project team, ensuring tasks are completed and project plans are implemented to deliver outstanding results.">
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, working with other operational contacts across the NSW Health system.">
  • Manage administrative tasks with precision, meeting business and project deadlines and adapting priorities as required.">
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, sourcing and collating information for insightful reporting, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure project success.">
