
Workforce Development Specialist

At Turner & Townsend, we are seeking a talented Organisation Development Officer to join our team. As an Organisation Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and monitoring of workforce development plans, requirements, and programs.
You will work collaboratively with project teams to support consistent delivery and reporting of workforce development requirements, and ensure compliance with project-specific requirements.

Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Workforce Development, Aboriginal and Industry, and Participation (WDAIP) plans, requirements, and programs.
- Collaborate with project workforce teams to deliver consistent results and provide accurate reports on workforce development requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific WDAIP requirements and develop solutions to address any gaps or issues.
- Provide broader organisational development support capability to the business.
- Offer HR advice to operational teams and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
A degree, diploma, or advanced diploma in Human Resources or a related field is essential. Certificate IV or equivalent in Training and Assessment or Organisational Development is also desirable.
Demonstrated experience in workforce development within the design, engineering, rail, or construction industries is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders, including education providers, registered training organisations, skill services organisations, and procurement teams.
Experience dealing with diversity and inclusion programs is an advantage.

- Highly organised and process-orientated with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a wider team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
