**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a professional to support the growth and retention of our Aboriginal workforce.

The selected individual will work closely with the Manager, Aboriginal Workforce Development, providing assistance and support to various teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the broader workforce on all Aboriginal workforce matters.
  • Liaising with the People and Culture team to provide support to Aboriginal workforce matters.
  • Assisting with routine administration tasks and responding to inquiries from colleagues and candidates.

**Training and Career Advancement:**

The successful candidate will undertake initial training with a formal traineeship, resulting in a direct pathway to a career upon successful completion. This includes on-the-job studying towards a Certificate III in Business or Certificate IV in Human Resources.

**Working Conditions and Confidentiality:**

The selected individual will be required to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information. They will also participate in and provide support to any Justice Health event, meeting, or activity where Aboriginal Workforce is required.
