Partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, this traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in supply chain operations, customer service, and team management. You will be working under the guidance of experienced professionals, learning from them and contributing to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages and orders
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of tidiness in the branch
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to follow instructions, and have a positive attitude. You should also be a team player, willing to learn, and maintain a neat and tidy workplace.

What We Offer

As an Industrial Trainee in Supply Chain Operations, you can expect to work approximately one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience, build your confidence, and enhance your employability skills.

Estimated Salary

Ranging from $550-$650 per fortnight, depending on location and level of experience.
