About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aviation Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient cargo handling, and maintaining high levels of quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide world-class customer service to clients across various industries
- Process import and export cargo shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure seamless cargo flow and minimal delays
- Liaise with airlines, forwarders, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and issues in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of cargo movements, including tracking and tracing
- Current QLD driver's license
- Previous experience in an operational environment, preferably in aviation or logistics
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality
- A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $65,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
