Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management plans and strategies in a technology & digital services environment.
  • Design and deliver high-level engagement activities and project communications to executive senior stakeholders.
  • Design, deliver, or coordinate end-user training.
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM related development methodologies and technologies.
  • Understand customer scenarios and requirements, to develop and deliver effective business solutions.
  • Problem-solving, working well under pressure, and meeting work deadlines.
Requirements
  • Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci)
  • Extensive experience or Equivalent combination of relevant experience and education / training
