Senior Change Manager Opportunity

Talent International is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to support the implementation of various projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organization-wide change projects to deliver successful business outcomes and maximize employee adoption.
  • Develop and implement change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Establish change governance frameworks and standardize processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to change managers and teams.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading change projects and developing strategic opportunities.
  • High-level ability to develop, analyze, and interpret data to identify and communicate opportunities.
  • Possess knowledge of current theories, applications, and best practices in change and communications management, project management, and problem-solving.
  • Experienced in creating project documents and delivering positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with competing demands and lead multiple projects in a complex environment.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills to negotiate, influence, consult, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in creating formal and informative business process documentation.
